Chef Lang Pierce
Born in Orange County, Chef Lang Pierce grew up in an area with a rich culinary diversity and took an interest in a wide range of cuisines from a young age. He attended the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, where he studied culinary arts and developed an appreciation for farm fresh produce and the many wines the Napa Valley has to offer. Chef Lang has honed his skills working in a vast array of culinary positions in the Bay Area. He is also an avid sports fan, loves golfing, and can often be found wandering the various San Francisco neighborhoods in search of his latest inspiration.
